Every truck is inspected twice — once before we buy, again before we sell.
Most dealers will tell you their trucks are 'inspected.' Here's what that actually means at First Class 8:
Step 1: Third-party 150+ point inspection. Before we ever buy a truck, we send it to an independent third-party inspection service that runs a full 150+ point inspection. This isn't a quick walkaround — it's a comprehensive evaluation of the engine, drivetrain, frame, electronics, brakes, tires, cab condition, and everything in between. If a truck doesn't pass, we don't buy it. Period.
Step 2: In-house inspection and diagnostic. Once a truck arrives at our lot, our team does our own inspection and diagnostic check. We pull codes, verify the third-party findings, and address anything that came up. This catches things that can show up between the original inspection and the truck's arrival.
The result: by the time a truck makes it to our inventory page, it's been evaluated twice by two independent sets of eyes. That's not how most used semi trucks get sold.
